If your belorvian purchase does not meet your expectations, the following information explains how to request cancellation, a return, or refund assistance.
Canceling an Order
Email service@belorvian.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Cancellation can be requested before processing or fulfillment begins. An approved cancellation will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
An order that has entered fulfillment or has already shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with their original packaging and accessories where applicable. Please retain your proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Contact our support team before returning anything. We may not accept parcels sent back without prior approval.
Requesting a Return
Send an email to service@belorvian.com with your order number, product name, and reason for the return. Include photographs or a video when relevant to the issue. After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Where to Send Your Return
Our business registration address is not the return destination. Do not mail products there. Once a return is approved, our support team will supply the appropriate return address and shipping instructions.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
Customers cover return postage for preference-based returns, such as ordering the wrong product, changing their mind, or deciding the item does not suit their personal preferences.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, we will arrange an appropriate solution at no additional cost. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, refund, or return assistance.
Refund Review and Timing
We will inspect the returned item after it arrives and notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
