belorvian is operated by Dongyang Huayuan Bowen E-Commerce Technology Co., Ltd.. We coordinate with logistics providers and fulfillment facilities to prepare and deliver customer orders. The information below explains our shipping charges, estimated timelines, and delivery support.
Preparing Your Order
Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing does not begin until confirmation of payment.
Preparation may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or high order volumes. Product availability and other order-preparation circumstances may also affect this timeframe.
Orders are processed on regular business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays generally begin processing on the next available business day.
Delivery Estimates
After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 10–20 business days. This transit estimate is separate from the processing period, so the overall wait includes both preparation and shipping time.
Actual arrival times depend on the destination, local delivery services, customs procedures, carrier conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where Orders Are Fulfilled
An order may be dispatched from our own facilities or a trusted partner facility. The choice depends on stock availability, inventory location, and the delivery destination. We therefore do not promise one fixed shipping origin for every order.
Tracking Details

Delayed or Missing Parcels
If tracking has not changed for an extended period, or you believe your parcel has been delayed or lost, email service@belorvian.com. Include your order number, tracking number, and relevant delivery details. We will investigate and provide assistance appropriate to the circumstances.
Address Corrections
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering if your shipping address needs to change. A change can only be requested before processing or shipment preparation begins. Once dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
